Shipping Policy

Maryben Store currently delivers within Lagos State only. We do not offer delivery outside Lagos at this time. If you are outside Lagos, you are welcome to visit our physical store at 8 Johnson Street, Ilupeju or arrange your own courier pickup.



1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all areas within Lagos State, including but not limited to:


Mainland Lagos

  • Ilupeju, Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, Mushin, Oshodi, Isolo, Shomolu, Bariga, Agege, Ifako-Ijaiye


Island Lagos

  • Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah, Ikoyi, Lagos Island, Sangotedo, Chevron, Badore


Outskirts & satellite towns

  • Alimosho, Egbeda, Ipaja, Dopemu, Festac, Amuwo-Odofin, Ikorodu, Badagry, Epe


Delivery to Ikorodu, Badagry, and Epe may take an additional 1–2 days and attract a higher delivery fee due to distance. You will be informed of the exact fee before your order is confirmed.



2. Delivery Timeframes

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.


Standard delivery

  • Timeframe: 1–3 business days within Lagos

  • Most orders within Lagos Mainland and Island are delivered within 1–2 business days

  • Areas on the outskirts (Ikorodu, Badagry, Epe) may take up to 3 business days


Order cutoff times

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm (noon): processed and dispatched same business day

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm: processed and dispatched the next business day


Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Factors outside our control — traffic, weather, public holidays — may occasionally cause delays. We will keep you informed via WhatsApp if your delivery is delayed.



3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery location within Lagos. You will see the exact delivery fee at checkout before completing your payment.


Estimated delivery fee ranges

  • Lagos Mainland (close zones — Ilupeju, Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, Mushin): ₦1,000 – ₦1,500

  • Lagos Island & Lekki corridor (VI, Lekki Phase 1, Ikoyi, Lagos Island): ₦1,500 – ₦2,500

  • Extended Island (Ajah, Sangotedo, Chevron, Badore, Abraham Adesanya): ₦2,000 – ₦3,000

  • Outskirts & satellite towns (Ikorodu, Badagry, Festac, Alimosho, Epe): ₩2,500 – ₩4,000


Delivery fees are subject to change. The fee displayed at checkout is the final confirmed amount. For bulk or large orders, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering to confirm delivery logistics and pricing.



4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, here is what happens:


  • Step 1: You receive an order confirmation via email from Maryben Store

  • Step 2: We pick and pack your order at our Ilupeju store

  • Step 3: Your order is handed to our dispatch rider for delivery

  • Step 4: You receive a WhatsApp message from us with your delivery update and estimated arrival time

  • Step 5: Your order is delivered to your provided address


Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.



5. Delivery Updates & Tracking

Maryben Store keeps you informed throughout your delivery:


  • Order confirmed: You will receive a Shopify order confirmation email immediately after payment

  • Order dispatched: We will send you a WhatsApp message when your order leaves our store

  • Out for delivery: Our dispatch rider may call or message you when they are close to your location

  • Delivered: You will receive a final WhatsApp update confirming delivery


Make sure the phone number on your order is active and reachable. Our dispatch riders will call ahead if they have trouble locating your address.



6. What Happens if You Miss Your Delivery

If our dispatch rider is unable to reach you or locate your address on the scheduled delivery day:


  • The rider will call the phone number provided on your order

  • If there is no response after two attempts, the order will be returned to our Ilupeju store

  • We will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange redelivery

  • A redelivery fee will apply for a second delivery attempt


To avoid redelivery fees, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours (9am – 6pm, Monday – Saturday) and that your phone is reachable on the day of delivery.



7. Bulk & Business Orders

If you are placing a large order for a school, office, or event, please contact us before ordering to:


  • Confirm stock availability for large quantities

  • Get an accurate delivery fee for heavy or bulky orders

  • Arrange a delivery schedule that works for your business or event date

  • Discuss possible bulk pricing

8. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You can place your order online and collect it from our Ilupeju store at no delivery charge.


  • Select ‘In-store pickup’ at checkout if available, or contact us on WhatsApp to arrange

  • Your order will be ready for collection within 2–4 hours of confirmed payment on business days

  • Pickup address: 8 Johnson Street, Ilupeju, Off Coker Road, Lagos

  • Pickup hours: Monday – Saturday, 9am – 6pm

  • Bring your order confirmation (email or screenshot) when collecting



9. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to delivery handling, please:


  • Take a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging immediately

  • Send the photo via WhatsApp to 08034346785 within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number in the message
