3. Products & Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock after payment is confirmed, we will:

Pricing

All prices on marybenstore.com.ng are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

4. Placing an Order

How orders work

When you place an order on marybenstore.com.ng, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. Your order is not confirmed until:

You have completed checkout and payment has been successfully processed by Paystack
You receive an order confirmation email from Maryben Store

Maryben Store reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Order accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all order details — including the delivery address, contact phone number, and product selection — are correct before completing checkout. Maryben Store cannot be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout.

Order amendments & cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, amendments or cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 08034346785. Once your order has been dispatched, our Refund & Returns Policy applies.

5. Payment

All payments on marybenstore.com.ng are processed securely by Paystack, a licensed payment service provider regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). We accept the following payment methods:

Bank transfer
USSD payment
Pay with bank (internet banking)

By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Maryben Store does not store, access, or process your card details — all payment data is handled entirely by Paystack in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Your order will only be processed and dispatched after payment has been successfully confirmed. If payment fails or is declined, your order will not be fulfilled.

6. Delivery

Maryben Store currently delivers within Lagos State only. Delivery is carried out by our dispatch riders or third-party courier partners. Delivery timeframes, fees, and conditions are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible unused items in original packaging
Certain items are non-returnable — including opened consumables, party items, and sale items
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within 3–5 business days
